The Krishibid Food and Beverage Limited (KFBL) is a public limited company that was registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms in 2016. The company has started to manufacture and distribute food and beverage products which are essential parts of society. However, in this age of pollution, safe foods and drinks are of utmost importance. Today, organic food items are of global concern. The KFBL is committed to manufacture and market safe and healthy food and drinks. It’s vision is to become one of the largest food and beverage processing and manufacturing industries in the country.
The company has received share money of Tk 6.9 million from some 23 shareholders, against which an average dividend of 12.2% has been given during the past 5 years. The shareholders have been paid back Tk 0.62 and their leftover share money is now Tk 18.14 million The company’s turnover was Tk 160.20 million during 2019-20.
